Alright, the first game of the season was played yesterday. If you didn't watch it, or hear about it how about some info about the game? Good, cause I'm writing it anyway.
Shaun Marcum was completely untouchable through six innings, then came the 7th. He gave up three runs on a home run to Nelson Cruz. I couldn't believe that Cruz hit that for a home run, it looked like he barely touched it. Marcum left the game after getting out of the 7th with the game tied up.
The Jays took the lead soon after. Before the bottom half of the 9th inning started I sent a text out to two of my friends calling a Blue Jays collapse, and guess what happened? They blew it. So predictable.
Anyway, how did our boy John Buck do? Well, here's his line (which will for the time being also be his season stats.) Behold what $2 million buys you!
